Single-storey tile or metal roof, up to 20 panels, deionised water clean plus inverter reading and written condition report. Add $6 per panel beyond 20. Second storey or pitch above 30° adds $60 for extra height safety.

We don’t wash windows, we don’t pressure-clean driveways and we don’t sell panels. Solar cleaning and bird-proofing is the whole business, which is why a 20-panel array takes us a couple of hours instead of a day.

01 Rates
Bird-proofing mesh — from $24 per linear metre
8 mm marine-grade stainless mesh with powder-coated clips, fitted around the full array perimeter. A typical 6.6 kW array runs 22–28 linear metres. Minimum charge $420, mesh and clips supplied.
Nest & guano clear-out — from $150
Removal and bagging of nesting material, feather and dropping clean-down, tile and gutter-line rinse, neutral cleaner treatment. Heavy build-ups quoted on inspection. Always done before mesh is fitted.
Clean + bird-proof package — save $95
Our most common booking: full clean, clear-out and perimeter mesh in one visit. One set-up, one trip, one discount. Typical 6.6 kW tile roof lands around $665 all in.
Gutter & valley clear — $95 add-on
Only available while we’re already anchored on your roof for a clean or mesh job. Debris bagged and taken away, downpipes flow-tested.
Annual care plan — $329 per year
Two cleans a year, mesh integrity check, priority booking after storms and dust events, and a 10% discount on any repair referral work. Cancel any time with 30 days’ notice.
Travel is included for the suburbs listed on our home page. Beyond that, a $35 call-out applies — we’ll tell you before you commit, not after.
02 What’s always included

Our own water and power
500 L tank, deionising resin filter and inverter-generator in the van. Your tap and your power bill stay out of it.

Height safety set-up
Temporary anchors, harness, ladder bracket and a ground exclusion zone on every job, single storey included.

Written condition report
Emailed the same evening: panel count, glass condition, clamp and seal check, cable observations, before/after inverter figures.

Clean-up and rubbish removal
Nesting waste, mesh offcuts and gutter debris leave in the van. Driveway hosed down before we go.

24-month workmanship warranty
If a bird gets back under mesh we fitted within two years, we come back and fix it at no charge.
03 Questions we get asked
How often should panels be cleaned in Western Sydney?
Once a year for most homes, twice for properties near construction, unsealed roads, farmland or heavy gum cover. Rain alone doesn’t shift the fine clay dust we get out west — it just streaks it.
Will cleaning void my panel warranty?
No. We use soft brushes and pure deionised water at low pressure, which is what practically every manufacturer specifies. High-pressure washing and detergents are what void warranties, and we use neither.
Does the mesh need screws in my roof?
Never. Clips grip the panel frame itself, so there are no penetrations in tiles, Colorbond or the racking. Your roof and installer warranties stay intact.
Do you harm the birds?
No. Nothing lethal, no spikes, no chemicals, no gel. We clear nests when they’re unoccupied and exclude birds from the cavity so they nest somewhere sensible instead. If there are live chicks, we come back after they’ve fledged.
How long does a visit take?
A clean on a 6.6 kW array: about 1.5 hours. Clean plus full perimeter mesh: 3 to 4 hours. Heavy guano jobs can push to half a day.
Do I need to be home?
Ideally yes for the first visit, so we can talk you through the report and confirm access. For repeat cleans, side-gate access and a text on arrival is plenty.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or card tap in the van on completion. Invoice emailed with the report. Care plans are billed per visit, never upfront for the year.
